Disclosure: The information in this email is confidential. If its contents are disclosed our lawyers will swoop down from helicopters and smash through the skylight nearest you and drag you away with a black bag over your head. They will then take you to our super secret headquarters and make you fight to the death with other people who shared this email. We will then watch said death match and place bets on the winner. You will be given a large buck knife and an unlimited supply of methamphetamines. If the fight becomes boring or there is a stalemate, rabid dogs will be released into the arena to liven things up a bit. If the dogs become docile, we will squirt them with water bottles until they become temperamental.

Sad Keanu

Vulture: You’re taking over the Internet. Have you seen all the "Sad Keanu" stuff out there?
Keanu: My publicist showed me the photo, but no.
Vulture: There’s not one photo. There are millions. You’re Photoshopped next to kittens and into Pulp Fiction and next to the cast of The Breakfast Club, and in a million different ways. Have you seen those?
Keanu: Oh, that’s funny! No, no, I haven’t seen them.
Vulture: There are millions, really. Google "Sad Keanu." You haven’t?
Keanu: [Laughs.] No.

"The ‘Sad Keanu’ meme has been the gift that keeps on giving these past few months… but apparently he hadn’t [heard of it] until he sat down with Vulture for an interview at the Woodstock Film Festival last weekend. …
Reeves then goes on to say the meme sounds like "good clean fun," and that it’s "conceptually funny." Self-deprecating and a friend of the internet? I’m gonna go ahead and say it: Keanu Reeves is an American hero."

Hilarious Tweets Sent by Unknown Tweeters

New favourite blog. Also their favicon is the FailWhale. Instant win.

We’ve all been there — awake at midnight at tempted to @reply to some ridiculous thing that 50 Cent just tweeted. Hilarious Tweets Sent by Unknown Tweeters to Famous People (or HTTFP, as they call themselves) is a Tumblr blog that collects images of just that type of tweet.
’Cause, come on, we all know Justin Bieber isn’t reading about how you’re in school and looking at a poster of him, and someone needs to appreciate your gesture.

Printing Facebook

"Ever thought to yourself: hey I would love to have all my Facebook friends’ profile pictures printed on one giant poster and decorate my living room wall with it? Yeah, me neither, but perhaps if you’d learn that you could do it, maybe you’d consider it.
Enter Printing Facebook, which, well, lets you print all your Facebook friends’ profile picture on one giant poster for you to decorate that living room wall with.
"Artist Benjamin Lotan, who cooked up his "Friend Poster" thing just in time for the opening weekend of The Social Network, says this is only the first product in a series of many to come — in an email he says an option to print out your Tumblr blog will be out next.
I really hope for his sake there’s an audience for that — I can somewhat imagine people willing to order print-outs of their Facebook social graph, but their blogs?
I also hope for his sake that Facebook won’t throw a hissy fit over his use of the "Facebook" trademark in his website and service’s name, and for borrowing the look and feel of the Facebook site."

So thank heavens for Zuckerberg’s startling lack of basic social niceties.

So thank heavens for Zuckerberg’s startling lack of basic social niceties. If he had even a sliver of self-awareness, Facebook would have never existed. If Zuckerberg hadn’t been dumped, none of us would be able to keep in touch with people from school with whom we deliberately lost contact a decade ago, or - worse - we would, but on Myspace.

Brother-Sister-Blog-Bonding

Note from 2022 Rachel: My brother no longer blogs that I'm aware of and these links no longer work, but he does continue to be hilarious.

My brother is always hilarious, that is undeniable. But this article is so honest, and speaks to something I agree with so wholeheartedly, that I had to share it with you all. This is my soul friends; my soul.

This moment of brother-sister-blog-bonding is brought to you by cookie dough ice cream.
In this world, there are many things I love. Women, for example; good poetry, a nice beer, video games, proper grammar, Batman…
But of all the things I love in this world, few give me as much immediate joy as cookie dough ice cream. This may be caused by my intense affection for cookies and milk, which indeed is, inarguably, the king of all deserts; nonetheless, there is something about the perfect marriage between raw food stuffs and icy delicious sugar that cannot be beaten.
Oh! Also shirts.
Shirts are pretty rad.
